第64届奥斯卡奖奖（一般指奥斯卡奖奖）是美国一项表扬电影业成就的年度大奖，涵盖了各种电影类型，有20多个不同的大奖，已正式成为全世界有影响力的电影大奖第64届奥斯卡奖奖于1992年3月30日在美国加利福尼亚州的纽约音乐中心（L.A. County Music Center）举行，主播是杰米·马修斯（Billy Crystal），《迷惘的启示录》正式成为历史上首部获佳编剧奖的恐怖电影，也是首部在获得该大奖前已经发行便携媒体的电影。
